Ingredients

- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 cups thinly sliced summer squash
- 1 medium sliced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup grated cheese (any variety)
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in a saucepan.
- 2 add squash, onion, salt, pepper and water.
- 3 cook covered 10 - 15 minutes or until squash is tender.
- 4 sprinkle with cheese.
- 5 eat and enjoy.
