Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup madeira wine
- 1 tablespoon brandy
Recipe
- 1 combine mustard seeds & salt in blender, blend 30 secs or until fine.
- 2 add vinegar, oil, madeira & brandy, blend until thickened.
- 3 spoon into sterilised container, cover & store in fridge for at least two days to develop flavour.
- 4 keep refrigerated after opening.
