Madeira Mustard

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup madeira wine
  • 1 tablespoon brandy

Recipe

  • 1 combine mustard seeds & salt in blender, blend 30 secs or until fine.
  • 2 add vinegar, oil, madeira & brandy, blend until thickened.
  • 3 spoon into sterilised container, cover & store in fridge for at least two days to develop flavour.
  • 4 keep refrigerated after opening.
