Smokehouse Cauliflower Medley

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into flowerets
- 1/4 lb bacon, cooked and cut into 1in pieces
- 2 ounces pimiento, drained
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Recipe
- 1 in a 3qt saucepan melt butter. stir in remaining ingredients except parsley.
- 2 cover and cook over medium heat stirring until cauliflower is crispy tender.
- 3 sprinkle with parsley.
- 4 serve while hot.
