Ingredients

- 3/4 cup soy sauce (for some the low sodium soy sauce may be a better option if you prefer less salt)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ginger
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together cut up steak tips, put in ziploc bag and soak over night.
- 2 can be grilled or broiled.
