Spicy Dessert Crepes

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon light molasses
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 combine flour, milk, eggs, sugar, oil, molasses, and spices in bowl.
- 2 beat with electric mixer until well blended.
- 3 heat a lightly greased skillet (6-inch) or crepe pan.
- 4 remove from heat and spoon in 2 tablespoons of batter. lift and tilt skillet to spread batter evenly.
- 5 return to heat and brown on one side.
- 6 invert pan over paper towels or napkins and remove crepe.
- 7 repeat until all the batter is used.
