- 4 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
- 1 pineapple, peeled, sliced very thin

- 1 using a pestle and mortar, bash the sugar and the mint together.
- 2 lay out the pineapple slices, overlapping on a plate and sprinkle over the mint sugar.
