Ingredients

- 1 liter water, boiled
- 8 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- lemon juice (optional)
- lemonade (optional)
- mashed banana (good for potassium) (optional)
Recipe
- 1 boil the water and let cool.
- 2 stir in sugar and salt, and let them dissolve.
- 3 add any desired flavourings.
