Iced Peach Mint Tea

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 1/3-1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 4 tea bags
  • 1 -1 1/2 cup peach nectar (to taste)
  • fresh mint sprig, for garnish

Recipe

  • 1 crush mint leaves with sugar and lemon juice; pour boiling water over mint leaves and tea bags.
  • 2 let steep to desired taste; drain tea bags.
  • 3 mix in peach nectar.
  • 4 pour over ice in tall glasses and garnish with fresh mint.
