Grandma Woods Carmel Corn

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 (3 1/2 ounce) bags popcorn, popped

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients over low heat until sugar is dissolved.
  • 2 increase head to medium and boil to softball stage.
  • 3 pour 1/2 of mixture over popcorn an mix thoroughly.
  • 4 pour remaining mixture and repeat.
  • 5 wait (eagerly) to cool enough to eat.
