Grandma Lee's Pineapple Pie

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Recipe

  • 1 take the 15 1/4 oz can of crushed pineapple, undrained and mix in 1/2 c sugar and 2 heaping t of cornstarch and mix together,.
  • 2 pour into pie shell.
  • 3 bake for 25 minutes in a 425 degree oven.
