Dilled Carrots

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 lbs baby carrots
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 2 tsps dried)
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook carrots in water in a covered skillet until barely tender. salt and pepper to taste.
- 2 uncover and add sugar, orange juice and butter. add dill.
- 3 cook over high heat until most of the water has evaporated and carrots are lightly glazed. taste for seasoning.
