- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 oz. each)
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed with press
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 place the chicken breassts in a self-sealing bag. add the buttermilk, garlic cloves, dill, salt and pepper. refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
- 2 preheat grill to medium. place chicken on hot grill grate, cover, and cook 10-12 minutes or until juices run clear when pierced with a knife, turning over once. discard marinade. serve.
