Ingredients

- 1 lb portabella mushroom, sliced about 1/2 inch thick
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- garlic powder
- salt
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 wash and drain portobellos.
- 2 toss with the olive oil.
- 3 arrange in single layer in baking pan.
- 4 sprinkle with garlic powder and salt.
- 5 bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
- 6 sprinkle with parmesan while still hot.
- 7 serve while hot, enjoy.
