Quick & Easy Potato-rosemary Galette

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 4 medium baking potatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 peel potatoes and quickly shred.
- 2 mix together shredded potatoes, rosemary, salt and pepper.
- 3 melt 2 tbsp of butter in a large non-stick skillet over med-high heat. add the potato mixture, pressing them into an even layer with a broad spatula.
- 4 cook for 2 to 3 minutes, pressing down occasionally, until lightly browned on the bottom.
- 5 dot the top with the remaining butter, cover skillet and reduce heat to medium. cook for 6 to 8 minutes, until potatoes are tender when pierced.
- 6 uncover and place a large flat plate over skillet. invert galette onto plate then slide back into skillet and increase heat back to med-high.
- 7 cook for 5 minutes or until browned on the bottom. slide out of skillet onto serving plate.
