Passionfruit Syrup

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup passion fruit pulp
  • 2 lemons, juice of
  • 1 teaspoon tartaric

Recipe

  • 1 put water and sugar into saucepan and boil for 5 minutes.
  • 2 add the passionfruit pulp, lemon juice and tartaric acid.
  • 3 boil for another 3 minutes then take off heat.
  • 4 strain out seeds and pulp, and pour the mixture into a clean bottle.
  • 5 keep the bottle of sauce in the refrigerator and use it within a month.
