Passionfruit Syrup

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup passion fruit pulp
- 2 lemons, juice of
- 1 teaspoon tartaric
Recipe
- 1 put water and sugar into saucepan and boil for 5 minutes.
- 2 add the passionfruit pulp, lemon juice and tartaric acid.
- 3 boil for another 3 minutes then take off heat.
- 4 strain out seeds and pulp, and pour the mixture into a clean bottle.
- 5 keep the bottle of sauce in the refrigerator and use it within a month.
