Mashed Red Potatoes

Ingredients

- 5 large red potatoes
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk (more or less depending on texture wanted)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 place scrubbed potatoes wrapped loosly in damp paper towel in the microwave -- cook for 3-4 minutes at a time until done .approx 12 mins total -- they are done when a butter knife slides through them easily.
- 2 while potatoes are cooking place butter in a mixing bowl.
- 3 when potatoes are done place on top of butter in bowl and chop coarsly using 2 butter knives in a criss cross pattern.
- 4 add cream cheese, sour cream , dill, salt and pepper to bowl and mash -- add milk in while mashing until desired texture is reached.
