Stone Fruit With Honey-drizzled Soft Cheeses And Toasted Almonds

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blanched whole almond
  • 2 tablespoons almond oil or 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 ounces goat cheese, room temperature
  • 4 ounces fresh ricotta cheese, room temperature
  • 2 sliced nectarines
  • 2 small plums (red or yellow, halved or whole)
  • 16 cherries ( or red)
  • 3 tablespoons wildflower honey or 3 tablespoons orange blossom honey

Recipe
