- 2 tablespoons almond oil or 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 4 ounces goat cheese, room temperature
- 4 ounces fresh ricotta cheese, room temperature
- 2 sliced nectarines
- 2 small plums (red or yellow, halved or whole)
- 16 cherries ( or red)
- 3 tablespoons wildflower honey or 3 tablespoons orange blossom honey
