Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh basil
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1 cup coarsely chopped spinach
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup walnut pieces
- 2 large garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2/3 cup olive oil
Recipe
- 1 remove stems from basil, parsley and spinach. wash leaves thoroughly in lukewarm water; drain well.
- 2 mix all ingredients in food processor, adding olive oil in intervals. refrigerate up to one week, or freeze for up to 6 months.
