Stephanie's Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped spinach
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup walnut pieces
  • 2 large garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2/3 cup olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 remove stems from basil, parsley and spinach. wash leaves thoroughly in lukewarm water; drain well.
  • 2 mix all ingredients in food processor, adding olive oil in intervals. refrigerate up to one week, or freeze for up to 6 months.
