Rhubarb Dessert

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 3 cups diced rhubarb
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 (6 ounce) package strawberry jell-o gelatin dessert
  • 1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 graham cracker crust, prepared in a 9 x 13 inch pan

Recipe

  • 1 cook rhubarb and sugar over medium high heat. bring to a boil, let cook until rhubarb is tender, about 3-5 minutes.
  • 2 whisk in jell-o, completely dissolve. let stand until cool.
  • 3 fold in whipped topping.
  • 4 spread over prepared graham cracker crust.
  • 5 refrigerate to set.
