Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 3 cups diced rhubarb
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 (6 ounce) package strawberry jell-o gelatin dessert
- 1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 graham cracker crust, prepared in a 9 x 13 inch pan
Recipe
- 1 cook rhubarb and sugar over medium high heat. bring to a boil, let cook until rhubarb is tender, about 3-5 minutes.
- 2 whisk in jell-o, completely dissolve. let stand until cool.
- 3 fold in whipped topping.
- 4 spread over prepared graham cracker crust.
- 5 refrigerate to set.
