Pineapple Salmon Sauce

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice (cut chunks in half or smaller)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 lemon, juice of
- 2 -4 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 put pinapple, juice and sugar in small sauce pan.
- 2 cook to reduce volume by 1/2.
- 3 add soy sauce and pepper flakes.
- 4 cook for several minutes - until sugar is disolved.
- 5 add lemon or lime juice.
- 6 add butter and drizzle over grilled, sauted, or baked salmon as soon as the butter melts.
- 7 oh and of course save some pineapple for yourself.
