Pineapple Pretzel Dessert

Ingredients
- 2 cups pretzels, crushed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (16 ounce) cool whip, thawed
- 1/2 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 put crushed pretzels in pie pan. add in melted butter and sugar; stir to coat.
- 3 bake 5 minutes; take out & stir. bake 3 more minutes.
- 4 stir to break into pieces if stuck together; set aside to cool.
- 5 in medium to large bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until creamy.
- 6 add in undrained pineapple and vanilla pudding. stir until combined.
- 7 fold in cool whip.
- 8 place mixture in desired serving dish.
- 9 top with the pretzel mixture just before serving.
