Pineapple Pretzel Dessert

Total Time: 18 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pretzels, crushed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (16 ounce) cool whip, thawed
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 put crushed pretzels in pie pan. add in melted butter and sugar; stir to coat.
  • 3 bake 5 minutes; take out & stir. bake 3 more minutes.
  • 4 stir to break into pieces if stuck together; set aside to cool.
  • 5 in medium to large bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until creamy.
  • 6 add in undrained pineapple and vanilla pudding. stir until combined.
  • 7 fold in cool whip.
  • 8 place mixture in desired serving dish.
  • 9 top with the pretzel mixture just before serving.
