- 8 ounces aged balsamic vinegar
- 6 ounces honey
- 2 tablespoons cracked black pepper
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 16 ounces safflower oil
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients except for oil in large container.
- 2 place immersion blender in container and blend. slowly add oil blending ingredients to create emulsification. place in container, label, date and refrigerate.
