- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1/2 cup seedless grapes
Recipe
- 1 mix everything together gently.
- 2 if feeding to a baby either leave out the grapes, or for an older infant cut the grapes into quarters and peel them.
