Simple Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 -10 tablespoons roasted red peppers (pureed)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt

Recipe

  • 1 peppers -- simply add the peppers to a food processor and puree.
  • 2 sauce -- in a small sauce pan, add the cream, peppers and simmer on medium low for about 15-20 minutes. it will naturally thicken. season with salt and pepper.
