Ingredients
- 8 -10 tablespoons roasted red peppers (pureed)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
Recipe
- 1 peppers -- simply add the peppers to a food processor and puree.
- 2 sauce -- in a small sauce pan, add the cream, peppers and simmer on medium low for about 15-20 minutes. it will naturally thicken. season with salt and pepper.
