Simple Peanut Butter Fudge

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons light karo syrup
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 2 cups marshmallow cream (14 oz ok)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter

Recipe

  • 1 get all ingredients together before you start.
  • 2 grease the 9x13-inch glass pan with butter.
  • 3 in a pot add the vinegar, karo syrup, sugar, and evaporated milk.
  • 4 bring it all to a boil over medium heat.
  • 5 boil for 4 minutes.
  • 6 remove from the heat.
  • 7 stir in the peanut butter and marshmallow cream.
  • 8 stir the mixture until it is smooth.
  • 9 pour into the buttered pan.
  • 10 let cool.
  • 11 then cut with the plastic knife.
