Scuffles

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon instant yeast
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 mix in large bowl, flour, salt, yeast and margerine.
  • 2 add milk, eggs and water.
  • 3 knead dough and let stand in fridge overnight.
  • 4 in morning, divide dough into 4 equal parts.
  • 5 roll as for pie crust.
  • 6 mix 1 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon.
  • 7 sprinkle on both sides.
  • 8 cut into triangles and roll wide end to narrow end.
  • 9 bake in greased pan, 12-15 minutes in 350 degree oven.
