Mahogany Patties

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 sausage patties or 4 sausage links
  • 6 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

Recipe

  • 1 combine teriyaki sauce and ketchup in small bowl.
  • 2 grill sausage over hot coals (or brown over medium heat in non-stick skillet), basting often with teriyaki/ketchup sauce, until internal temperature reaches 160.
