Ingredients

- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- cool whip, thawed
Recipe
- 1 bring to a boil raisins and water.
- 2 beat sugars, flour, eggs and water together.
- 3 cook until thick.
- 4 remove from heat.
- 5 add butter, lemon juice and vanilla.
- 6 cool to room temperature.
- 7 pour into baked pie shell and top with cool whip.
