Homemade Mustard

Ingredients
- 1 cup evaporated milk (not sweetened condensed milk)
- 1 cup vinegar
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup dry mustard (such as keen's)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups sugar
Recipe
- 1 in a microwave safe bowl (no less than a 6 cup measure) mix the evaporated milk,vinigar and eggs.
- 2 mix together the flour,mustard,salt and sugar and add to the wet ingredients.
- 3 mix well.
- 4 place in microwave and cook for 2 minutes on high.
- 5 stir or whisk until smooth then place back into the microwave and cook for another 2 minutes repeat until thickened this will take 3 or 4 times.
- 6 1/4 teaspoon curry or cayenne can be added.
- 7 pour into hot jars that can be sealed. once open store in fridge.
- 8 note: my microwave is a 1000 watt and i cook the mixture a total of 4 times which is perfect.
