Crunchy Yoghurt And Raspberry Pears

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 medium pears, peeled, halved and cored
  • 1/2 cup muesli
  • 100 g greek yogurt
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

Recipe

  • 1 place the pears in a pan, cover with water and simmer for 20 minutes or until soft.
  • 2 divide the pear halves among four bowls, top with muesli, yoghurt and raspberries and drizzle with maple syrup.
