Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 poblano pepper
- cajun seasoning
- butter or margarine
Recipe
- 1 grill poblano or roast on gas burner. peel off skin; remove seeds and dice.
- 2 microwave corn until hot following package directions. drain.
- 3 add up to 1 tbsp cajun seasoning (careful), or to taste and same with butter or margarine.
- 4 mix poblanos in and serve!
