Roasted Broccoli

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb broccoli floret (raw)
  • 1/4 cup red wine (whichever you prefer) or 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (whichever you prefer)
  • 1/4 cup light olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 minced garlic clove

Recipe

  • 1 combine vinegar,mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic.
  • 2 whisk in oil until smooth.
  • 3 put broccoli in a baking dish and pour vinegarette over broccoli and toss to coat.
  • 4 bake at 450 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until broccoli is cooked through and lightly browned around the edges.
