Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 lb broccoli floret (raw)
- 1/4 cup red wine (whichever you prefer) or 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (whichever you prefer)
- 1/4 cup light olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 minced garlic clove
Recipe
- 1 combine vinegar,mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic.
- 2 whisk in oil until smooth.
- 3 put broccoli in a baking dish and pour vinegarette over broccoli and toss to coat.
- 4 bake at 450 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until broccoli is cooked through and lightly browned around the edges.
