Mama's Best Mashed Potatoes

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 lbs idaho potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 2/3 cups evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 cover diced potatoes with water in large saucepan and boil until tender; drain.
  • 2 add butter and mix with hand mixer until butter is melted.
  • 3 add sour cream and salt; mix again.
  • 4 slowly add milk and beat until smooth.
  • 5 serve hot.
