Ingredients

- 4 russet potatoes (peeled, chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (whole, peeled)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 boil potatoes with garlic until tender; drain.
- 2 with a potato masher, mash the potatoes and garlic.
- 3 add the butter, cheese, salt and pepper and continue to mash and stir until creamy.
