Ingredients
- Servings: 20
- 1 small cauliflower
- 1/2 cup matzo meal
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- salt
- pepper
- oil (for pan)
Recipe
- 1 boil cauliflower till soft.
- 2 drain and mash.
- 3 mix together mashed cauliflower, matzah meal, eggs and seasonings.
- 4 heat some oil in a frying pan.
- 5 drop by tablespoons into the frying pan.
- 6 cook on both sides until nicely browned.
- 7 remove from pan, drain on paper towels.
