Red Hot Sausage And Potatoes

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 lb polish sausage, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 12 ounces frank's red hot sauce
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cook potatoes, peppers and onion until cooked through, the onions should begin to turn brown and the potatoes should be nicely browned and fork tender.
  • 2 add polish sausage and heat through.
  • 3 douse with the franks red hot (i use an entire bottle, but you should do it to taste).
  • 4 sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
