Ingredients

- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 2/3 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup diced sun-dried tomato
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 cook bacon in a heavy skillet over medium high heat until crisp.
- 2 add mushrooms and cook until softened.
- 3 add garlic, cook 4 minutes.
- 4 add tomatoes and cream and cook until cream is absorbed.
- 5 sprinkle cheese on top, stir and cook 1 minute.
