Ingredients
- 6 cups frozen strawberries, crushed
- 6 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
Recipe
- 1 pour strawberries and sugar into a large pot.
- 2 stir and let sit for 12 to 15 minutes.
- 3 bring to a boil for 3 minutes.
- 4 add vinegar and cook for 6 more minutes.
- 5 skim off foam.
- 6 let sit for up to 48 hours before putting into jars, stirring occasionally.
