strawberry ice cream

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups half-and-half (or milk)
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
• 4 ounces egg substitute
• 1 cup pureed strawberry
• 1 cup sugar

Recipe

• 1 combine egg subsitute and sugar in larger mixing bowl and blend well.
• 2 add half-and-half, cream, vanilla and cream cheese.
• 3 blend well.
• 4 fold in strawberries.
• 5 refrigerate mixture and process in ice-cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
