Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons chili, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 red capsicum, seeded and chopped
- 850 g canned tomatoes
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in frying pan. saute onion, chilli and garlic until tender.
- 2 stir in capsicum. cook 3 minutes.
- 3 blend in tomatoes. bring to boil reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
