Ingredients
- 1/2 lb butter (don't substitute)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 lemons
- 3 eggs
Recipe
- 1 combinbe sugar and butter in double boiler and let melt.
- 2 beat eggs well and add strained lemon juice.
- 3 when butter is melted, add lemon juice mixture and beat well.
- 4 cook 20 minutes.
- 5 store in container in frig.
- 6 let sit at room temperature before filling tart shells. add a dollop of whipped cream if desired.
