Mexican Pizzas - Low Fat

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 (12 inch) fat free tortillas
  • 1 (16 ounce) can fat-free refried beans
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 medium plum tomatoes, diced
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (2 1/4 ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
  • 1 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 place tortillas on two ungreased baking sheets; spread with beans.
  • 2 layer with salsa, tomatoes, chilies, green pepper, onion, olives and cheese.
  • 3 bake at 350°f for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
