Ingredients
- 1 lb brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups pecan halves
Recipe
- 1 in large saucepan mix brown sugar, cream and butter.
- 2 bring to soft ball stage on thermometer.
- 3 stir in vanilla.
- 4 add pecans - stirring constantly.
- 5 drop immediately by teaspoon fulls on waxed paper.
- 6 let cool. store in tightly covered container.
