Dotty’s Egg Salad

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 8 hard-boiled eggs, shelled, chopped
  • 7 large pimento stuffed olives, minced, 1/3 cup
  • 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 6 slices rye bread

Recipe

  • 1 combine eggs and olives.
  • 2 stir in mayonnaise.
  • 3 add salt and pepper to taste.
  • 4 serve on rye bread.
