Roasted Potatoes With Garlic

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb red potatoes, halved
  • 1 head garlic, separated but not peeled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 arrange potatoes and garlic cloves in a 9" x 13" pan.
  • 2 drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • 3 bake at 350 degrees f for 30 to 40 minutes, or until soft.
  • 4 squeeze the roasted garlic from the peels onto the potatoes.
  • 5 mix together and serve.
  • 6 serving size 1 cup = 1 point.
