Ingredients
- 2 ounces butter (1/8 #)
- 2 ounces flour (1/8 #)
- 1 quart heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 melt butter and mix in flour to make a roux.
- 2 add cream and bring to a boil to thicken.
- 3 add onion powder, nutmeg and salt and pepper.
