Filled Corn Muffin Mix

Ingredients

• 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup milk
• jelly or jam

Recipe

• 1 in medium bowl mix eggs and milk together.
• 2 stir in box mix until blended.
• 3 grease muffin tins well.
• 4 fill muffin tins.
• 5 bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 8 minutes.
• 6 remove from oven and quickly scoop out a small, shallow hole in center of each muffin.
• 7 put a dallop of jam in the hole.
• 8 place back in oven and cook for 7-9 more minutes.
• 9 enjoy!
