Ingredients
- 2 pints fresh strawberries, hulled and cut in half
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 cups cold water
- 1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 process the strawberries and sugar in a food processor until smooth.
- 2 i a large pitcher, combine the strawberry puree, water, and lemon juice; stir to blend.
- 3 chill until very cold; then serve over ice.
