Stove-top " Baked Beans "

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1/4 cup minced green pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
- 2 (16 ounce) cans lamb and beans (i drain the top juice off)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons molasses
- 3 tablespoons catsup
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
Recipe
- 1 in med.
- 2 sauce pan saute onions and green peppers in butter until soft.
- 3 add remaining ingrediants and bring to a boil.
- 4 lower heat to simmer and cook another 10 minutes stirring often.
