Microwave Potato Chips

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 medium red potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • garlic powder
  • ground cumin

Recipe

  • 1 layer three paper towels on a microwave safe plate; set aside.
  • 2 scrub potatoes and cut into 1/16 inch thick slices.
  • 3 brush slices on both sides with olive oil and lightly spring with salt, garlic powder and ground cumin.
  • 4 arrange on prepared plate (do not overlap). on prepared plate (do not overlap).
  • 5 microwave on high for 3 minutes; turn and microwave for 2-3 minutes longer or until chips are dry and brittle.
  • 6 repeat with remaining potatoes, oil and seasonings.
  • 7 let chips cool for at least 1 minute before serving.
  • 8 store in an airtight container (if they last that long).
